Re-Opening Policies and Procedures

I am thrilled to return to the treatment room and am looking forward to serving you! Here is what you can expect at your next visit:

  • Please arrive wearing a mask. If you do not have one, I will provide one for you. Masks are required for the duration of our time together, including during your massage. I will be using pillow cases over the face cradle so you may unhook your mask while facedown. For facials, please wear a mask during  all of our time together except while you are lying on the table. 

  • Whenever possible, please arrive freshly bathed and hair washed

  • The day before your scheduled appointment I will email a list of screening questions. Please respond by the morning of your scheduled appointment.

  • I am asking clients to wait outside or in your car until I come downstairs to let you in. Text me at 503-314-7477 when you arrive and I will text you when I am ready for you to come to the door.

  • Shoes are to be removed downstairs before entering the main studio space. We have repainted the entire entry and stairs so everything is fresh and clean. Banisters and doorknobs will be cleaned in between each client as well.

  • I will take your temperature before you enter the main studio space with an infrared thermometer. If your temperature is over 100 degrees we will need to reschedule your appointment and any cancellation fees will be waived.

  • Once upstairs, I will have you wash your hands immediately. There will also be hand sanitizer available for you throughout the space and I will be asking you to use hand sanitizer after you've disrobed and right before getting on the table.

  • Please bring your own water or leave some in your car.

  • Please do not touch retail products. When you are purchasing I will get them for you.

  • Windows will be open as much as possible to allow air flow and breeze. This may mean more outside noises.

  • We have added two new air filtration units to the space. One for the treatment room and one for the main area.

  • My normal 24 hour cancellation fee of $25 is waived if you are sick and call me ahead of time. However, if there is a no call, no show, you will be charged the full amount for your appointment.

  • I ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well, have been caring for someone with Covid, traveled to a Covid hotspot or otherwise may have been exposed to Covid. Cancellations fees will be waived at this time. I will be following these same protocols and reserve the right to cancel our session should any of these possibilities arise for me.

In addition, I will be adopting extensive cleaning protocols for the studio. To accommodate these new protocols, I will be spacing appointments further apart and limiting the number of clients I see each day. The space will be thoroughly cleaned and ventilated between clients. I will change into a fresh apron and mask before each appointment and wear a mask and/or face shield throughout my time with you. When we are not in session, we will follow social distancing guidelines and stay 6 feet apart.
